Setting up the appointment was easy. No long wait on the phone and very nice lady the rep who was able to accommodate us with the schedule. Alex was the tech who worked on our garage doors. He was very professional, courteous, respectful and most important, he knew what he was doing and he did it right. Alex gave us good suggestions without us asking for it. Good communication, work was done fast. He doesn’t waste time. We are very pleased with the service received.

Alex gave us our quote and was our installer. Alex was able to add insight to questions that arose. He handled the install with ease and we now have a fully functioning, attractive door. I like that the tech who does the quote is also the tech who does the installation. Alex was professional, friendly, and polite. I will be recommending Precision in general and Alex in particular to friends. My only negative about the company is that it can take several people before you get to the one you need.
