We wanted a garage door opener, but he explained that we did not have the clearance above the open garage door for an opener to be installed. He said that with the new springs he recommended, our door would be easy to open and close, and he delivered as promised. Our door has never worked better or been easier to open. I had an issue with the sensors on my garage door, and called Precision for repair. The technician, Michael B., also pointed out that my belt was in very bad shape. I ended up having him replace the whole unit, and he did a great job.

I was quoted a price for a new spring for our garage door over the phone. However, when the installer showed up, we found out we needed a different, more expensive system installed. I showed my frustration and the GM called me and said he was sorry for the misunderstanding and that they could do it for the price I was told over the phone.
