Our garage door needed a new opener due to a power surge. The technicians arrived promptly at the agreed time. They checked out the motor and advised us on the best way forward. They gave us a variety of choices, but still informed us that the choices are all up to us. We went over pricing and I promise, there was no pressure. We got a far more quiet opener than we originally had. We spent a little bit more than we had planned, but it was well worth it. They did other servicing to make sure the garage door worked well. I chose Precision, because the previous owners must have used them as there was a sticker on the garage door. I’m very glad I did because the service man who came out was amazing. He told me what he thought was happening and why, offered several options for what would work for me, and then walked me through everything thoroughly when he was done. He even noticed that the handles to raise the door manually were in an awkward place and repositioned them for me before he left (I’d never even thought about it). I don’t know whether they are competitive pricewise, I’m not sure I really care, because the service was so good. Would definitely recommend highly. I wish all the service workers I’ve had come to my house were as efficient, dedicated and helpful as Walker was.

Michael was great. He proposed options but did not try to “sell”. He was friendly and efficient. If you need work done, ask for him.

Our Technician was Peyton and I cannot tell you how pleased we were with his performance. His manner, knowledge and professionalism are second to none. Very courteous and friendly and when the job was complete he demonstrated how to use the various parts as well as made sure the garage floor was clear of any loose material, etc. We are 100% pleased with Peyton and Precision Doors.

We have been in this house for 32 years and have always used this company. Today’s experience was perfect (one of doors spring broke). Gary (Service Tech.) was great – felt like he gave a very honest opinion regarding servicing my garage door. Not only fixed the broken spring but for a little extra he would do everything to get the door to last/guaranteed for seven years.
