I drove into the driveway at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday (May 25), after work, to find that the garage door on my side of the garage would not open. Luckily, the other door opened. Problem – broken torsion spring on the 25-year-old door. I called the company that had installed new motors on the doors several years ago. They were scheduling service in late June. No thanks. So, I called Precision (based on comments on line), and the friendly person I spoke with scheduled a service call that same day. Residential technician Gary Lemaster arrived early, assessed the entire system and hardware on both doors. Based on his knowledge and competence, I decided to have him perform a comprehensive replacement of all components on both doors. He did so in short order and very professionally. I would recommend Precision to anyone seeking service.

Gary came quickly (within an hour of our phone call for service) and assessed our problem. Instead of doing a repair, we decided to just replace the 17 year old garage door opener. He had what we needed on the truck and within 75 minutes had replaced the opener, put on new rollers and belt rail and programmed both cars for us. He was professional, knowledgeable and walked us through the entire process. I would recommend this company without hesitation!
