I am very pleased with the service that I received from the Technician Dave. Dave was very professional and understood my concern and urgency to have the garage door repaired. I just purchased a new vehicle two days ago and was very concerned about not being able to close the garage door. Dave took the time to examine the door and provided three estimates for me to choose. I selected the less expensive option because where I reside I rent and all repairs are covered. However, this being a weekend and holiday maintenance could not come out. Dave,knew I was concerned that I was hoping that door would operate safely and not cause any harm to me or my car. Dave, assured me that the repairs he was about to do would be the best and that I should not be afraid to use the garage door. Thank you so much Dave for being understanding and easing my mind. Walker was wonderful. Polite and a total pro. Garage door and opener were so loud that it woke my wife every time the door opened. Now is so quiet I can’t hear it i’m adjoining room. To be honest, I thought price was high. But, thrilled with the end product.

What a great experience. The technician, Kanye, that came out was amazing and had a great personality. He clearly knew what he was doing, had all the parts to do the job – no matter what option I chose from the three he gave me. No pressure and I’m impressed with how much he was able to get done in the time it took him.
