In November 2020, Precision came to my home for a service call on my newly-purchased, flipped house. They discovered that the overhead garage door was not installed correctly and completely went through the entire overhead garage to ensure proper functionality and safety. I was very happy with the work then and it is the reason why I call in Aug 2021 since the door was not working as expected. Derek was here within a few hours (on a Sunday!), and after a few adjustments and the door was working perfectly. Derek was professional and explained the issue in detail. Precision was great. I was nervous that I wouldn’t be able to get a same day appointment to have our garage door fixed, but I had someone at our house in a matter of hours. Our technician, Walker, was great at assessing what was wrong and gave us several options to have things fixed. And the best part, even with a total overhaul of our system, the work was completed within hours! Our garage looked like no one had been working in it and Walker was so nice and polite.
