It was a rocky start to say the least. My order was confused with an order in Arkansas. In the end, the technician was great, the service was wonderful, the management stood by an over-the-phone quote for pricing that was well below what it should have been. The technician was polite, explained everything, worked on my behalf and didn’t leave until I was 100% satisfied. I cannot help but recommend a team that worked so hard and went above and beyond expectations to treat me more than fairly.

I am so impressed with Precision Door. The tech (En) called when on the way. Came when promised. Fixed the door on the spot, explained the problem and gave us advice on what to do in the future.
