Our house is about 70 years old and the garage doors are likely the original ones. A few weeks ago, the day finally came when one of the door’s spring broke. Since it was so old, there was no way to repair it, so it needed replaced. It was also an unusual size so we needed it custom-built. Alex did our installation and it looks fantastic! We couldn’t be happier! He not only did a great install, but hauled away the old door, spring, and tracks. We will definitely be contacting Precision when the other door finally breaks 🙂
