I found this co. via YouTube. I was researching what might wrong with my garage door. I realized it needed a professional and Greg was exactly that all the way around! It needed a lot done.

Precision initially installed our replacement double door garage opener. This year we had problems with the door opening periodically like someone had our passcode/ frequency, etc.. In addition, our inside door opener pad would not operate on a consistent basis. Our Techician Derek Mason was very knowledgeable and professional. He checked our whole system out and no obvious answer to our problem. However, he took the extra time out to look further into the inside wall contol unit and located a couple of wires somewhat loose. He tightened them up, and it’s been almost a month now, and we haven’t had any problems with the unit since. He gave us some additional tips as well. Thank You Derek.
