I actually remembered your ad about same day service (in most cases) when I realized why my garage door would not open. Called after 6:00 p.m. and was promptly answered and scheduled for service the next day. Serviceman called my landline number as requested and here promptly at scheduled time. I chose to contact Precision after my garage door had broken while trying to get my wife’s car out of the garage. The service technician came out the same day. He gave me all of my options, with pricing, and allowed me to make a decision with no pressure. They were willing to repair or replace the door if I wanted. I made the decision to replace the door and opener, and the office called that afternoon to schedule a replacement time. This all happened on a Friday, they arrived Tuesday to replace the door. The technician was prompt, polite, and made sure all the work was correct and the parts were in good condition. He even had another panel brought out as the first one was dented. Once the job was completed, we reviewed everything to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Precision for baby garage door service.
