What amazing customer service. Our garage door stopped working on Easter sunday and I called first thing Monday morning to see about having someone come out. They had an appt open that very afternoon that worked w my work schedule. Dustin was very professional and explained what needed done and why and answered all my questions. He also made sure to go over the quote and explained what each charge was so I understood. He got everything done in a very short time and we are extremely happy w the results! Called Precision based on their great looking as well as informative website. We had a spring break on our double door, so we needed help fast. Precision was able to come within 4 hours of calling them. Technician was David S.; very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He offered up great solutions to some of my door challenges. When he was finished, our door worked better than it has for 15 years. Highly recommended!
