Daughter recommended Precision Door Service. Garage door spring was broken and could not get door opened. Needed quick repair so I would be able to get car out of garage in morning to take wife to hospital for surgery. Called Precision Door and they were able to schedule me in the same evening I called. Walker was the technician who came out and he was excellent. Very professional, knowledgeable and great overall individual. Highly recommend Walker to anyone. He arrived at 7:40 pm and replaced spring, new cables and rollers and replaced several hinges that were starting to crack. Showed me how to lubricate all necessary components. Completed job in an hour and a half from quoting to cleanup. Job was a little more expensive than I thought it would be but with the quality work that was done, and a wonderful technician, it was well worth the extra money. Great job! Thank you Walker and receptionist who worked with me to get our garage door fixed the same day. Works like new! Deeply appreciate the excellent and prompt service call. Will recommend Precision Door to neighbors and friends!!
