My door is now quiet, operates efficiently and it is nice to use my remote to open/close my door. My puppy, Bella thought she came to see her. She had to get some belly rubs and hugs. Tim Jr came to our house on a Sunday afternoon to look at a motor and chain that had given out. From the moment he rang the doorbell he was beyond professional, friendly, and kind. He took time to explain to me what he thought might be the issue as well as listen to my concerns and ramblings of what I thought it was. Once we decided on a path forward he quickly got to work SAME DAY and had a brand new motor and keypad installed in less than 2 hours.
