I was very happy with the service I received from Precision Garage Door. I was given a 2 hour window of time when the repair person would arrive. He was actually early but had called to ask if it would be OK. Jason was very pleasant and courteous. He carefully explained what was wrong with my garage door opener (the spring was broken), gave me several options with clear explanations and completed the job in a timely manner. Afterwards, he again went over the charges and explained about the warranty. I liked that he gave me his business card in case I had any questions or needed further repairs.

David was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He presented different options for what needed to be done and happily accepted our decision. He finished the work while he was here. Happy with the work. Unfortunately, it took two days to get him here from the time we first called. Longer than I would have liked, but everything takes longer now. Would use them again.
