Our technician, Jason, was great! He was very knowledgeable about all of the products and the repairs that needed done to our garage door and opener. We had a new opener installed along with several other repairs that needed made. He made the whole process easy and simple. We especially loved that he was able to do same day repairs instead of having to schedule another appointment after we received the estimate.

Looking for a sixth star! Tim was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, prompt and a great communicator. As a new, new-build owner I have so many decisions to make as we settle in. Having someone show up with multiple options and all the parts who was able to explain the pro’s and con’s of each system in a “kitchen table English” manner was much appreciated. Tim finished the installation in under an hour. When Tim left, everything was working and he took the time to demonstrate to the whole family.
