Great same day service. And Joseph was awesome. Our garage door was having major issues and we noticed it right after we moved in. Precision came right out same day and investigated the problems. Joe gave us options and fully explained the inner workings of our garage and lended his expertise. He was friendly and professional. I could not be more grateful for this company! Jason came out very quickly after I called and discovered that the previous owner of my home installed the garage door completely wrong and the motor died! He explained the whole process to me and quickly installed a new motor, springs, keypad, belt drive garage opener and maybe more there was too much to remember! Again I am so lucky I called precision to help me because they were honest about what I should fix, they have a great warranty and Jason was very nice! Everything was working quicker than I had ever hoped and I would recommend this company to anyone who asks!

David S was super professional, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions and concerns and I’m totally confident my door is in 100% working condition. We are repeat customers due to the great customer service and work provided by Precision. Our garage door springs broke early in the morning, and I called Precision to hopefully have someone come out that day for repair. Of course they could! Jessica was the person who took my call and she was so pleasant and professional and was able to schedule a repair visit for that same morning. Derek was the technician who came to repair our door. He was so polite and professional and was very detailed in explaining and demonstrating what the issues were with our springs and other mechanisms. Within an hour, he had made the repairs and showed me what all he replaced and made sure he answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend this company for any garage door needs.

Michael came and serviced our 20+ year old garage door. He was pleasant, informative and did a great job. The door works as good, if not better than it did when it was new. We were able to have it fixed in less than 2 hours after our call to Precision.

Fantastic service, Dustin was able to come same day and quickly assessed the situation. Work was quick on the spring replacement and I was even able to replace my opener while he was here…after realizing it was 20 years old. Highly recommended if you need quick and expert service.
