I was VERY impressed with Johnny’s service this morning. He called ahead and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very knowledgeable, kind, professional with a great sense of humor. He thoroughly explained what was wrong and what needed to be done. He did an excellent job with replacing all the rollers and conducting overall maintenance. Garage door is working perfectly now! Michael B was the technician. He called and estimated his arrival time and actually made it – doesn’t happen often with our service calls! He listened very carefully and tried to accommodate our concerns each step of the way. He stayed until he was sure the new keypad, both cars and the phone app were all updated and ready to go. Though we were told how expensive you were, I have no problem paying for quality service and we feel we got our money’s worth.

I had an issue with my garage door. Called Precision and Patrick fixed it within minutes. Great service and great technician.

I was completely surprised when I called at 2:00 pm for a service appointment and a truck arrived about an hour later! I expected to wait at least a week. Our old garage door is like new now and so much quieter.

Walker was very professional and informative I ask him several questions and he answered them and explained to me how they worked. Didn’t plan on spending a whole lot of money but he pointed out things that were on their their last legs and probably wouldn’t last much longer. I am in charge of all the house repairs since my spouse isn’t able too anymore so I elected to have them fixed before they broke and with the 5 year warranty I don’t need to worry about them. Would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service.

found out mid-day that I had broken springs on my door and immediately called to see if someone might be available to come out. Was given the standard 4 hour time frame that a technician might be available… NOT TODAY !! Patrick M arrived about 1.5 hours after our call an quickly gave us a report of what needed to be done along with a few other maintenance items and a quote for the work which we agreed with. Another short hour later Patrick had replaced the springs and completed the other maintenance items. Very professional and personable — we certainly recommend Patrick M and Precision Garage Door.

The technician was very professional, indicated how my specific repair could be addressed, provided an assessment of additional improvements, and provided a complete itemized breakdown of the repair and improvement costs. I realized an additional door adjustment was needed, called the office who in turn notified the technician. The technician immediately returned to my home and made the adjustment. Despite the overall cost I am pleased with the work done. Thx
