When you are letting someone into your home those things mean a lot. He diagnosed the problem and made the repair quickly.

This is the second time that we called Precision for an issue with our garage door and as the last time they came the same day and fixed our problem. The gentleman who came out was very nice and he did call about 20 minutes to let us know he was coming. I will always call Precision for any future needs!

Our spring was broken and we could not open our garage door. It was Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and we didn’t think we could get the door fixed until Tuesday. Dustin arrived on Monday morning and replaced the coil. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. We would recommend your company!

I was extremely happy the way my issue was solved. The frontline associate listen to my problem very patiently, the technician showed up on time and gave me a call before coming. He checked my key pad and fixed it in minutes and did not even charge for the service. And that’s it just like that.
