6/09/2023: From the original phone call when Michaela answered and set up my appointment, to the arrival of the tech (Adam) who performed the work, this experience was pleasant and professional. When Adam arrived, he was on time and outstanding with his knowledge, work ethic, and git-er-done attitude. From the start of his work to the completion – about five hours later – Adam was a very impressive worker. He had only positive things to say about the company (Precision) and never ran out of energy. He replaced two garage door openers and the wheels on both doors, ran new wiring, and set them both up to work perfectly. My wife and I are very pleased with the job that Adam did. He explained what needed to be done, got my permission to perform the work, then proceeded to do it, cleaning up after himself, checking and double-checking his work. I would rate this whole process as a 10 out of 5. Thank you for this opportunity to provide feedback.

Excellent customer service. The technician that installed our garage door opener exceeded my expectations. He was very professional, clearly very well trained and talented.

Keypad was not working. Thought it was the bateries. It wasn’t. Called yesterday and they came out today. Turns out the keypad was recalled. The guy removed the pad and put a new one on. Maybe 1/2 at the top?

Precision Garage Door has always treated us nice. Knowledgeable Employees and courteous. We were happy with P.G.D. in Tennessee and now here in Westerville, OH.

The tech that performed the work. Johnathon Swartz was excellent very professional. He explained everything throughly showed me everything and comparison of bad part to good part. He really takes pride in his work!!!!! If i ever need your services again I will request Jonathon!!!!!!

More expensive than others, but the quality of the door and the extra service to match the look required by the condo assn. was terrific.

I neglected to ask , before arrival of tech, the cost of a spring and 2 cables. Per a Google search, typical single spring replacement I’d somewhere in the $400.00 range. When the tech arrived, he took a look and gave my wife an estimate of $1.500.00. The tech was attempting to replace everything, even though, through experience, I knew only the spring and possibly the cables needed replaced. My wife, who thankfully I coached beforehand, told the tech we only wanted the spring and cables replaced. This brought the total down to around 900.00. I believe the tech attempted to replace items that were not in need of replacement, plus, the ending price to be very high.
