This is our 2nd/3rd house with a Precision Garage door. They did the sale/install/service on our two new garage doors in 2021/2022. Due to our builder not seeming to understand that ‘flatwork’ concrete under garage door is to be……flat :)….. it had a 1″ bow/peak in middle. Precision adjusted the then new GD a few times and then installed an extra thick/large gasket at bottom to make it weather tight. Now, a year later, I finally had the concrete cut out and re poured to actually be flat but then needed the garage door to come down more/seal. Guy came out today was awesome, personable and adjusted it quickly but then also took the time to chat me through a few other things to keep my eye on. We were lucky to find Precision.

Our 19 year old door started to act weird so it was time for upgrade. Our neighbors said to give Precision doors a call. Technician Derek came and explained what is causing the problem we were dealing with. He also recommended what would be the best option for us, so we went with his recommendation. He did an amazing work and his attention to details was outstanding. The work was done in timely manner and you have a happy customer here.

Quick response, friendly, knowledgable service. Dustin pointed out what was wrong with the door, what it would take to repair it and then asked me what I wanted to do. I chose to repair (and not replace) and was given excellent advice on how to get the most time out of the repair. I was VERY pleased with everything!

The tech, Gary, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He arrived just before the stated appointment time started after calling to say that he was on his way. He gave me options for the repair without doing a hard sell. The work was completed in good time, quicker than I anticipated. No mess was left behind. Would I use this company again? Yes, in a heartbeat! This is the type of employee than companies need to represent them.

My goal was to book an appt on line. Our need was not an emergency. They have a live chat on line and much to my surprise “David” came same day for service. What a treet!!

I was so beyond impressed and appreciate the service this company did for us. I called early afternoon today for a repair to our garage door. They were able to put me on the schedule for today. Gary (A) called me about 20 minutes later and was at our house 20 mins after that. He diagnosed the issue, gave me 2 repair options and fixed it, all within an hour or less. I have had good customer service from places in the past, but this has to be the best. Thank you so much Gary!! We are repeat customers and will definitely continue to be in the future.
