Saturday late afternoon my garage door somehow came off track. I called your company for help since your company installed a new garage door last July. Jordan James Damron came to my home this past Saturday within a few hours and repaired it. He was very courteous and polite, which I appreciated. He told me that I will need to get a new opener since this one is old which causes some of the jerky-ness. It was installed dated 1999. If I purchase one from your company for replacement, I would like Mr. Damron to install it. Thank you again for having such good employees.

After hitting the garage door frame with my rearview mirror last week (oops!), our opener stopped working this morning. I called Precision Door Service after several other companies that said they couldn’t get someone out to take a look today. Tom Palmer showed up earlier than expected, was knowledgeable and friendly, and got my door working better than before in under an hour! Thank you so much. We are customer for life!
