I was very pleased to have Precision work on the noise of the garage door opening. Tom Palmer, the technician, was very good and knew what he was doing. For some reason, the door still makes a loud noise when the door is opened. It sounds like a knocking noise on one side when the door goes up—not when it comes down. I will call Tomorrow and set up another appointment to have it checked again. We had a new motor put in in June of 2o21Tom Palmer came on 9-12-2023 to check the noise and take care of the noise. I am happy with Precision’s technician’s work and attitude.
