We had a great experience with Precision Door. From the first call to our Saturday service appointment, they were polite & professional. I got a call about 10 minutes before our Technician was at our door. He arrived in a company-marked vehicle which was great. Our service tech, Matt, went above and beyond my expectations by ensuring we had a complete understanding of the work that needed to be done before he started the repairs. He took pictures to show us exactly where the problems were occurring and, could likely happen in the future. Overall, I am so pleased that I called Precision Door!

Tim was able to quickly identify the issue with our garage door and give us multiple options to get it fixed. He was both professional and very personable. I cannot stress enough how well Tim conducted himself and how comfortable he made us feel. We have been extremely happy with our garage door since Tim made the updates. Our technician, Dustin, arrived ahead of schedule, diagnosed the problem and made a recommendation that best served our needs. The service was done quickly and all items in the garage were returned to their original positions. Dustin did a professional job. We are very pleased with the service and value.

After another company failed to show up, I called Precision Door Service and was greeted with GREAT customer service. An appointment was available within hours of my call. An email with of the request and who would be coming was sent instantly which included a photo of all the technicians, in case a different tech was able to get to me sooner. A phone call was received when the tech was in route. Adam H was tech, he arrived when he said he would, he was polite, friendly and respectful to me an my property. Adam provided me a 3 options in a written quote and reviewed each one with me. The garage door was repaired in no time. Adam then reviewed the work he had completed, by physically showing me and verbally explaining it to me and reviewed the warranty. Thank you for helping make a bad day better. 🙂

I had an emergency with my door and Precision was on site within a couple of hours of my call. Derek Mason was outstanding, not just fixing the problem(s) but educating me on what to look for in the future. Great guy, very knowledgeable and polite.

Called for estimate for new garage doors and openers.Received immediate response and had Alana in my driveway within 2 hours. She was very polite and extremely professional and listened intently to our needs. She was able to explain the proposals in detail and gave us multiple options to consider. We were extremely satisfied with our decision to purchase new garage doors and was promised install within a few days. Doors were purchased on Tuesday and install scheduled for the following Tuesday. I do not foresee any issues and if install technician is as professional as Alana we will be ecstatic! ????
