We built a new garage and needed a garage door opener installed. We had seen television advertising for Precision Garage Door and thought we’d give them a try. We were thrilled with our decision! They came out very quickly, gave a quote for 2 openers and did the work on the spot. Derek Mason was professional, courteous and gave a great deal of information so we learned a lot. We loved the openers he installed and also had him change the chain to a belt on our existing garage opener. We highly recommend Precision. What a difference. They can’t have a better customer facing employee than Derek… he was great!

David, our technician, was personable, skilled, and accommodating. I had to admire his acrobatic balance on the very top of the step ladder. I would have surely fallen off. He was very precise and I very much like the product, although I have heard quieter doors opener systems. The only downside was that it was late, and he still had a final job to do an hour away from our house. As it was late, and he may have been pressing to get on the road, he did not check the car buttons. They were incorrectly programmed. It will be a simple fix, but he will have to return tomorrow.

Highly recommended. This was my first time needing to contact a garage repair company and they will now definitely be my go to place moving forward. The scheduling process was easy and quick. I needed same day service and the tech was out to me within an hour. The tech I had was David M. and he was phenomenal! David had great customer service, was very friendly and easy to talk. He help me narrow down the issue that was causing my garage door to open randomly during the night and reprogrammed my existing beepers. He also sent me a quote on options for a new garage motor in case I had further issues with my ancient current motor. My nosey 3yr old was very curious as to what David was doing so David took time to open up his van and show my son the cool tools and cabinets that were in his work van. Then sealed the deal with a sticker! If bonuses are given David M. Definitely deserves one! 10/10 recommend! Thank you
