I had a spring break on my garage door. I called Precision at 2 PM on Sunday and my door was fixed by 4 PM. It doesn’t get much better than that!

The original repair person came out on Friday night without the tools necessary to complete the project. We rescheduled for Saturday evening and the repairs were completed. Sunday morning when I opened the garage door the cables came loose on one side of the door. I called and asked for a warranty call back and original they wanted to schedule the warranty work for Monday. After a little encouragement from me the work was scheduled and completed on Sunday….no issues so far. The whole experience could have been great IF the work was completed on Friday as scheduled.

You are the best! I have always used your company as long as I have owned my town house and you have never disappointed me and your service people have always been punctual, knowledgeable and just plain wonderful. This is monumentally unusual today! Thank you from a satisfied customer for life.

Tom came and together we assessed some options for a new opener. I initially suggested a Jackshaft, which Tom agreed would be a good decision, but went over less-expensive options. After determining that a Jackshaft would be optimal for the way my home was constructed, he quickly and efficiently installed my new Genie 6170H-B Jackshaft. After installation, he went over the details on how the opener operates, and made sure I was comfortable with everything. He cleaned up everything he brought into my garage, including my old opener.
