Walker was a friendly knowledgeable service tech! I chose Precision Garage Door company from a recommendation from a friend. My old garage door opener stopped working with the remote, and since it was almost 50 years old, it was unable to be repaired. Walker was able to give me a competitive price and do the work immediately. The new motor is much quieter and I’m sure the outside panel will come in handy! I’m very satisfied!

The technician arrived on 5/1/24, ahead of the appointment time and was very courteous and professional. He was very honest in his assessment of the situation, and did not take my money. He told me that certain cement work had to be done before he could repair or install the “bottom seal” of my garage. As soon as I get the cement work done I would definitely use Precision Garage Door company.

I chose Precision a few months back because they had a good reputation. Although my new door was looking good, it seemed to be noisy when operated. The technician who serviced the door today was very thorough and determined the needed adjustments. He worked with efficiency and explained what he had done to correct the problem. I am now satisfied with the operation of the door with less noise. Because the door was under warranty, there was no charge for the service. Thank you, Precision!

I was having to replace the batteries in our keypad opener nearly every week. Precision had installed a new one along with overhead opener and other work in 2021. The technician, David, noted he was here in’21 as part of the service team. He said there has been issues with the keypad we had so he installed a new one, helped reprogram it, and said there was no charge as everything was still under warranty. What a pleasant surprise! We’re Precision customers for life. Thanks, everyone!
