As I was leaving for the Airport for planned vacation, my garage door wouldn’t open, and I had to open manually. I called Precision Garage Door Service and reported the problem. I was returning on a Friday, and they scheduled the appointment on the following Saturday, no extra charge. Matt the service representative arrived as promised and diagnosed the problem at a broken spring. He repaired quickly and it now works as before, perhaps even better. I had precision install a new door in July of 2023. No problems with it until recently when it started making some noise while going up. I called and got someone here next day. He had to realign the door due to settling. Now no more noise and the whole thing is quieter than when 1st installed. Fine job every time I have used precision.

Excellent and fast service. My garage door spring broke and I couldn’t get the garage door up. I called one company but they told me they couldn’t come out till July 8. I would’ve had to wait a week to get service from them . So I called precision door company and they came out the very next morning. Thank you!
