I had service done before on my coil, so when the garage opener was goofy I called Precision Doors. The receptionist was absolutely a doll and understood my frustration. When Joe showed up I was glad to see him because I had him before. We discussed my options and in less than an hour my new opener was installed! So pleased. Thank you Joe and Precision Door!!!

I am writing this so that people know that Precision Garage Doors stands by their products. A builder installed our garage door, a large 10x 18 door. We contacted Precision to install a garage door opener and we chose a jackshaft opener. Installation was quick and easy. A couple of weeks after installation a contractor hit the post near the door with their equipment. A couple of weeks later the cable came unspooled and spring lost tension. I scheduled a repair appt. at 11pm and had a service tech here the next day to fix the issue. We did have to pay for this service because it was not the fault of Precision. Here is where they stand by their work. A week later the same thing happened again and I scheduled for a technician to come out the next morning. The came right out and fixed the issue again and made a couple of adjustments to the door. No Charge. This seems to have fixed the issues, but a month later the opener lost its’ up/down limits programing. I tired to fix, but couldn’t and they sent a technician again to take care of the issue. No Charge this time either. Everything is working great since then and I doubt we will need their service for some time. I truly appreciate their dedication to customer service and that they stand behind their products. The technicians are friendly, efficient, and offer tips to help keep the unit maintained to avoid issues. GREAT JOB! I just want people to know they can trust using this company.

Joshua Walker arrived early and was absolutely terrific. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and explained what my problem was. It was my springs and I agreed to the estimate. He said it would take him approximately 2 hours. My door is like brand new and I am so grateful that Joshua was my technician. If I have any other problems I hope Joshua will be the one to come to my aid. Thank you!

We had a new garage door opener installed by Precision Garage Door today. We have used Precision Garage Door in the past as they installed a new garage door for us in 2022. After calling the service line they came out the same day (and we called after 2:00 PM!) Adam M the installer was super! He presented us with our choices and had the new opener up and running in less than an hour. He also lubricated the garage door… Thank you! Recommended Precision Garage Door to my son when he had a problem and would definitely recommend to family and friends in the future.
