He did a safety check and gave me several options to choose from for repairs. He did the work right away, explained everything and was very pleasant and helpful. He programmed my car to open the door too.

Not cheap but the repair request was responded to quickly on a Saturday night and the service person was on site the next morning as communicated. Installation was executed without any delay. And things have been working just fine.

Scheduled at 9pm at night online. Got a text message at 7:20am that a tech would be headed my way shortly. Got a call from the tech at 7:44 that he was 20-25 minutes away. He arrived explained the repairs and in 10 minutes had an estimate ready. he said it would take about 1 hour and 45 minutes later he was done. Very happy with prompt service and that he had everything needed in his van.

Wonderful experience. Easy to make my own appt on their website. Jacob was there the next morning. He was informative and explained every part of the garage opening system.
