I wouild like to commend Matt Eberly. He identified the problem with my garage door and fgully explained my options. Matt replaced my cables and installed new rollers that are self enclosed and do not need lubrication except on the shaft. I’ve used this company often. I had a broken spring that was still under warranty so no charge. Andy found some very worn parts that needed replacement. He was very thorough and professional in explaining them to me. No pressure whatsoever! I will continue to use Precision. A great and fair company.

James reprogrammed our garage door opener. Other company told us that we need to replace the unit. We were charged $69 by Precision to reprogram, while other company was asking $1,200 to replace the opener (Which was not needed).
