I got totally above and beyond great service from the tech who came to my house. We had settled the bill and he was getting in his truck to leave and looked back at the garage door as it went down and noticed that there was a little bit of different height from one side to the other instead of just driving away he stopped he pulled his tools back out and he corrected this very minor defect. But major to me to show how much this company is dedicated to doing it right the first time

Booking online was easy. Expectations were set and met. Tech was here on time. Not the first time we have used Precision and will continue to have our business.

My garage door was making a noise when closing. The service rep, David Morgan diagnosed the problem and made some adjustments, which fixed the issue. I had purchased the garage door late 2023 so technically it was out of warranty. David said it was a minor adjustment and there would be no charge which is almost unheard of these days for a service call. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and especially want to commend David for his friendly and knowledgeable service.

I called this afternoon to get a price to replace the seal and then to do a tuneup. Their quote was very good compared to other companies I had called. I asked them to schedule an appointment and they actually said they could be there this afternoon in about an hour hour and a half.. Joshua, my technician called about 15 minutes before he got here. He was right on time.. I explained to him what I want done. He finalized the quote for me.. the garage door sounds better after the tuneup. He replaced with very a nice tight seal. Joshua was very nice and polite and I would recommend him in precision for any work.

Tim was very personable and explained everything he was doing. He explained that the other company that replaced the springs in January were the wrong size would highly recommend Tim and precision door company he did a great job

Joshua was so kind and helpful. He completed the repair quickly and gave us suggestions of how we can maintain things ourselves to avoid future issues. The cost was extremely reasonable as well.

James couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. He did an excellent job.

My issue today was a keypad key that was sticking. The technician said all that could be done was to replace the keypad. I had the door openers installed in June 2023 by Precision. He suggested I check the warranty. I keep all the paperwork, brought it all to the technician, he noticed there is a 5 year parts & labor warranty, so he took a picture of the invoice showing the warranty line and replaced the key pad. All is good now thanks to the technician’s suggestion.

The technician was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and didn’t try to upsell me when it was a simple fix.
