Technician was prompt and knowledgeable

My Genie key pad wasn’t working properly, I just purchased a few weeks ago. Precision sent out a professional technician and he replaced the product with a better key pad. I didn’t have to wait for an appointment, they had someone out to my address same day. I would definitely refer Precision Garage Door, to repair garage door, the technician’s are professionals and knowledgeable about repairing your garage door.

After a lot of research I decided on Precision Door. Jonah did a great job on the garage door. He was able to repair it and explained what needed to be done. He had it repaired in an hour. I would definitely call Precision again.
