We received same day service from Precision. Our technician, Trevor Derifield, was extremely knowledgeable and provided incredible service. Our issue was resolved in short order and Trevor took the time to explain what he was doing and why. I would highly recommend Precision for anyone having a garage door issue. I know that I will use them if I ever have another issue.

Derek Mason did a fantastic job for us. He diagnosed our problem and found several other issues which would have caused future problems. He had all the material he needed on hand and he completed the work the same day, efficiently and professionally.
