The service tech was professional, curious and prepared to remove and replace my old door opener. He came on time and did a great job. One feature I like is connecting the Genie opener to my WIFI network giving me the ability to monitor the door.

I have used Precision twice in the past and they have remained true to their word. I called on 6/2 due to my garage door not closing all the way and I was scheduled for an appointment on 6/3. The Technician Muhammad Islam arrived on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My adult son who is Autistic was also here with Mr. Muhammad and he was patient and kind while talking to me and son, while explaining this issue with the garage door.
