Jacob tried several ways to fix my existing problem. He wasn’t able to but i knew he had tried his best. He laid out all of my options when that didn’t work so i could make an informed decision about next steps. I felt like my needs were being valued and appreciated all the effort!

I am giving them 5 stars for the work that was performed. The repair and maintenance on my garage door was top notch. I used them a few years ago at my other home and felt that they did a good job repairing my garage door. On another note when I called for service i choose to do the 8-12 window because I had other things in the afternoon I had to do. I understood that they could possibly be working on my door as late as 1:00. The service tech did not call me that he would be at my house in 30 minutes until around 12. The repairs that needed done would take about an hour. I think we finished up everything around 1:50. So if you schedule a repair expect most of the day waiting around for your tech and then some to finish the job. Needless to say I was not able to meet my afternoon commitments. However, the repair on my garage door was exceptional. Tom was courteous and was outstanding with his skills.
