Our main spring broke at 3:30 and I called Precision and told them we needed to leave by 6:00 PM. The woman who took my call reassured me that the technician was finishing another job and would be available after 4:00. I received a txt message that he was on his way. Trevor was very polite and explained what I needed, and he used an iPad to show me options to make decisions whether to upgrade. No pressure sales. I took the less expensive option and Trevor had it replaced by 5:45. I was very impressed with the service.

This was my second experience using Pricision Garage Door. They are A1. Megan was a pleasure to work with to get me the garage door that I wanted. Setting up installation the next day. The door installer Alex was great and professional. He stayed until all controls were operable and working. 5 stars to both Megan and Alex. Great job.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Tom Palmer today. He met me at the home I am building and buying at the end of this month. He helped me to understand the parts of the garage door and asked me what I needed. He was very knowledgeable and gave me options on what was available for me to choose from. He gave estimates on 3 types of motors and lifts. I will diffidently give him a call in the next 3 weeks.

As of June 16, 2025, I am very impressed with this company. It was so helpful to have such a quick response with same day service. The technician, Derek Mason, portrayed the kind of employee I wish other companies would have. He was so kind and helpful, explaining everything which showed his professionalism and also his willingness to fix my problem. I was so surprised when after asking him how soon he could do the work, he said ¨I can do it now.¨ I am very happy with my new system! Thank you Derek and Precision Garage Door Service.

Appreciate the notice of when Walker would be at our home. He was very nice and provided me with information about what might be needed in the future. The service performed is not listed below. Our home was built in 2023 – wanted to get a regular maintenance service to make sure everything is working ok.
