We were satisfied 3 years ago when the spring was installed and that is why we called Precision again.

The technician was great. My complaint was whoever installed the system. The first time didn’t hook it up properly which caused it to break so they charged me for something he didn’t do properly.

Cameron was a great technician and person. Felt that he was honest and willing to share knowledge about the what and the why. Highly recommend and would go back if needed.

2nd time we’ve used Precision and will keep coming back. Our first repair was to repkace spring and install new wheels. This visit we needed a new opener system since the old one would open and close on its own on occasion due to a fried circuit board (no joke), kind of scary especially when you arrive home and your home has been open for an unknown amount of time. This opener is a marked improvement over the old one, it’s quiet, wi-fi controlled and has a good warranty. It also helps that we had the same service professional. I know its a business but Tom is just an all around good dude, honest and kind. Keep up the great work Precision!
