My husband, before he passed away, requested that I call Precision with any garage door problems that I had. I’ve had the company here twice since then and have been very, very pleased with the individual that came to my house both times, the quickness that my problems were addressed, etc.

They corrected our old door after we had new concrete poured and the door now closes perfectly and seals at the bottom. The battery needed to be replaced (gave of a buzz every 2 minutes) and they came out the same day and there was no charge ( we are still under warranty).

Patrick was punctual, courteous and professional. He diagnosed our garage door issue and resolved it in a timely fashion, Would highly recommend Precision to friends and family.
