So thrilled with the service that I called again to have a part in question replaced. We could have done it ourselves, but the pro, Tim, would get it done properly even for a cost of the service call. Love the new opener. Tim cleaned up the pieces, parts and boxes and disposed of everything. In addition, he put everything back which I really appreciate.

I was satisfied to get a prompt repair on a weekend. The technician was professional and good at his work. My only minor concern is that the door misses a complete closing by about an inch and hope that this could be adjusted. I was surprised that the cost of the spring replacement was as much as the original whole door installation, but that lies with me for not shopping around more.

Since I had your man come out, I had Jason check out everything to see that all was running smoothly. He did this and explained along the way and patiently answered my questions.

First off love the email notification of the appointment with the pictures of the technician that would be servicing my home. That was assuring because I knew I’d be home alone. Tim was wonderful in guiding us through all the options avaiable. I appreciatet that we could go to Sears and buy the entire unit and you’d still install it for us next week. That is another plus for lots of reasons. I know a lot of people in Bexley who are in need of garage service. Most of construction was done a long time ago on our homes, so I will be telling them about Precision!
