24/7 work, good add in phone book evening hours. had unhooked cable on right side of garage door. ended up having to change torsion spring. Service tech, jason, came out, perused situation, and determined that the torsion spring was going bad. changed the spring and explained what was going on while he was doing it. very capable, and informative. will reccomend if needed!!!!!

So today Time came again to my house to install new springs on our 1930’s garage door. My husband could have done this job, but again Tim is the pro. It would have taken hours if he would have done it! On Monday,Tim replaced our broken beyond repair door opener and suggested replacing the door or the springs. The opener is working really hard and likely would not last. In addition, he stated that we could likely replace the door, framing and another opener if the springs break. Tim was on time, cleaned up the mess and was done in a timely fashion. I really appreciate it!
