Creative solution to a vexing issue.

There were problems with the door. I thought it was the opener. Everything was explained to me. I agreed to have work done. Normally would have second opinion when this much cost is involved.

Door cable broke on one side and roller wheels out of line. Called at 8:30am, told he would be here between 2p-4p. Tim was there right at 2pm! Very professional, knowledgeable and showed me everything he did and the parts he replaced. All said and done, door was fixed and works better than it ever has. Parts a little pricey, but had a different company out less than a year ago who didn’t even see the problem!!! Well worth the money I spent with Precision! You get what you pay for! Thanks guys!
