    We had a cable break on our garage door at 6PM and the car was trapped inside. I called and Gary arrived at 10PM. He was very professional and completed repair in 90 minutes. Also he lubed all the guide wheels and adjusted the opener. I would highly recommend and will use again.

    Tim was here exactly when he said he would be, assessed the problem as the door needing a smaller spring, and making the change. Because I had recently had work done on that door by Precision, there was no charge. All seems well at the moment. Thank you, Al Adcock

    The technician Jim Folmar was really great. He called ahead to let me know what time he was coming and arrived on time. He was very knowledgable and explained my options. He did a really good job and know my garage door opens much better than before. He even offered to help jump start my SUV because we found the battery was dead and could not move it inside the garage. I would recommend him and your company. If I could make one recommendation with regards to your website, is that I wish it listed the service call fee which would be very helpful. Thanks again for the great work.
