I was super pleased! This company only replaces what is needed. They aren’t out to cheat the customer. He showed me the rusty parts so I could see why I needed new ones. He had everything he needed on his truck and had time so I got the whole job done in one afternoon. My repairman was courteous, professional and friendly. He did a great job and explained the new things to me. I got a key pad which was new to me and he made sure I knew how to use it.

Exceeded Expectations… Requested a quote for replacement door sealing and alternatively a new garage door. In less than 2 hours David Morgan had called and was at our home. David inspected, explained what was going on and was very consultative in identifying, explaining and presenting our options and benefits of the same. Turns out no new door was needed, just maintenance and support upgrades, which saved us a lot of $$. After all upgrades were made including. Quiet motor package, David explained maintenance and demonstrated the improvements. We are VERY pleased with the turnaround time, responsiveness, professionalism, project completion time (work began immediately) and quality of work. Precision has our recommendation for future projects.
