It was Sunday afternnon and my family and I were ready to head out for dinner. Our garage door spring was inop. I called Percision at 6:30 and received a confirmation for emergency service between 9-11 Pm. Gary arrives at about 7:20 and was very courteous and quick at diagnosing the problem and giving me an estimate for the repair. We agreed on price and he go to work.
