Tim was on time to install my new door. Price for door and installation was a little high, but service was prompt and friendly. Only disappointment (so far …) was that I ended up having to clean up debris from the garage floor, including a couple of bolts from the installation that would have ruined my tires.

Hello, John came out to take a look at my current garage motor and see if it was possible to program a universal remote to it. Unfortunately my motor is outdated and no longer produced so finding a universal remote that may work on it, John told me, may be tricky. If no remote can be found to program to my motor I am going to have to purchase a new motor and I’d like to give your company the business but I will have to wait until January/February because of financial reasons. I’ll just need some time to save a bit extra. John was very pleasant and I appreciated him telling me what the situation was. If a representative from your company can follow up with me and let me know if a universal remote is doable I’d appreciate it. Thanks, Jeff
