Fantastic experience. I was given a window of 8-10 AM when the technician would arrive. He showed up at 7:59! Precision Garage Door replaced both springs on my door in November 2003. They carried a lifetime warranty. Yesterday, one spring broke and Gregg showed up this morning and replaced both of them at no cost…only the standard service charge applied. Without question I will use Precision Garage Door again!
