A garage door spring broke at 7pm last night. Precision sent a tech out within 1 hour who fixed everything quickly, did a great job, and cleaned everything up after he was done. Great, prompt, courteous and professional service – will definitely recommend.

Service technician showed up on time, gave us options for repairing and/or replacing our garage door. We decided to go with a new door. He was courteous and very professional. The door looks great and is so much quieter than our previous door. With the added insulation I’m sure it will also keep the garage warmer.

I originally used Hamilton Parker. But knew they were not around any more. I looked in the phone book and saw your name (Precision) with a $15 rebate. The listing in the book looked very well presented. Yes, I took a chance and called. I talked with Allison and she was very professional on the phone. Answered all my questions. Gave me a time of between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm. Your tech arrived just after 10:00 am. Amazed me.Tim explained everything to me and recommended the overhaul. As it would be the best way considering the age of my door. Half way through I could tell that this was not his first rodeo. No wasted movements. He was in and out in about an hour. Tim is a great asset to your company. I will definitely recommend Precision to all my friends and neighbors.Tim performed the work as if it was his garage door being done. Pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of Eric. Eric pointed out areas of concern and adjusted garage door opener. Eric also explained the different type of metal doors to choose from when we can afford a replacement, as well as, pointing out that our rollers are good and do not need to be replaced. Hope Eric’s available when we’re ready to replace our garage door.
