This is my second experience with Precision Door (Columbus, Ohio). I was pleased with the service both times, courteous, efficient, willing to explain how things worked, not pushy about making a sale – Tim gave me only the information I asked for about replacing the garage door rather than bombarding me with extra sales pitch. This second time was an emergency call where I needed to get my cars out of the garage and the response time was excellent – called last night, here in the morning. I’ll be coming back when I am ready to upgrade this door.
