I had a broken internal spring and Tom came out at the end of July and replaced the spring with a new type and performed all types of service to make it run smoothly including reattaching the board to the garage wall which had come loose. A month later the cable seemed to slip. The company had Tom out within an hour of my call to repair and determine the cause. He was great and did a wonderful job and explained everything. I had an emergency yesterday, August 18, 2014 with my garage door. I could not contact my usual company, so I did a google search and found precision. They were a lifesaver. My garage door was coming off the track, it wouldn’t close nor open all the way

Great Job, quick and fast

I am very very satisfied with Gregg…I called them at 11 am and I had Gregg in my drive way at noon…he asked if he could come and hour before the scheduled appointment. He gave me options, performed the task and was out by 2 pm. Really liked the service and he even let me buy my own opener and he installed it. Awesome and quick service.

Tim was great! I called when I heard the spring snap. Two hours later it was fixed. Fantastic!
