I called Precision Door at 3:40p, and the service technician was here at 4:00p! Wow. Now that’s fast service. The tech was friendly and answered all my questions as I watched him work. Within 20 minutes, he had fixed my crooked garage door, put in a new lag screw that had been missing, adjusted the brackets back into position, and had my door back to new. I couldn’t be happier.

Repair needed was explained thoroughly and job was done quickly at reasonable cost.

Service Technician was neat, polite and professional. He explained clearly what the door issues were and after receiving permission to change the springs, rollers and cables went about his task. This was my first time with Precision and I will certainly use them again when the need arises.

We used Precision about 10 years ago when we one of our springs broke on our garage door. We ended up replacing our garage door. One of our springs broke this week and we called you guys again.

I would give you a 5 star rating. The serviceman was prompt (same day WOW), friendly and did a good job. I can tell that the part he replaced is doing a great job because the door opener is much quieter and doesn’t sound like it is straining. I have to admit the price was total sticker shock, but when I called about it, the person answering the phone gave a good explanation and waived the service charge. I would definitely recommend you to others.
